Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, travel delays, or illness.

If you cancel your participation for any reason
• before May 15th, we will refund your deposit minus a 45€ cancellation/administration fee.
• between May 15th and June 1st, there is no refund made for your deposit.
• after June 1st, there is no refund of your full payment.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel this event
• due to force majeure (weather, natural disaster, or the political situation), we will refund your deposit minus 20€ which helps us cover our administration costs.
• due to a too-small number of participants, we will refund 100% of your deposit. We cannot however compensate you for possible travel costs incurred.
