Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, travel delays, or illness.

If you cancel your participation for any reason
• before February 3rd, we will refund your payment minus a 30€ cancellation and administration fee.
• after February 3rd, there is no refund made for your deposit.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel this event
• due to force majeure (weather, natural disaster, or the political situation, including corona regulations), we will refund all your deposit minus 20€ which helps us cover our administration costs.
• due to a too-small number of participants, we will refund 100% of your deposit. We cannot however compensate you for possible travel costs incurred.
