Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, travel delays, or illness.

If you cancel your participation for any reason
• before February 12th, we will refund your payment minus a 27€ cancellation and administration fee.
• after February 12th, there is no refund.

If we cancel the event we will refund to you all deposits.
